We need a water connection to be able to pressure wash, knowing that water in the Dallas metroplex is about $2.00-$3.00 per 1000 gallons, an average size house wash will take about 500 gallons of water.

Our rates:
We offer free estimates around DFW in a 20 miles radius, over 21 miles we charge $25.00
We charge a minimum of $50.00 per wash, our hourly rate is $50.00
For residential washing we charge between $0.15 - $1.00 per square foot
For commercial washing we charge between $0.03 - $0.09 per square foot
We also add fees for moving and securing items at $5.00 per item.
If we show up and can not work there will be a $50.00 charge.
All cancellations should be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled day or a fee of $50.00 will be charge.
We require a non refundable deposit of 25% if the quote is over $200.00
